Site Inventory Procedures
To complete your site's inventory log in to Filemaker.
From your landing page click on your site name to open your site information.
Next, click on the word "Equipment"; all your site's equipment will be highlighted in purple.
Click the word "List" that's to the far right above your equipment on your screen.
Now you'll see all your equipment in rows with a check box at the beginning of each row.
From here you will do a physical inventory to verify each item in your site, checking off each row as you proceed.
To make this process easier we suggest you print your inventory list and mark the items first.
When you have finished verifying all your equipment and clicking all the checkboxes your last step will be to press the "Action" button on the top left of your list and use the dropdown menu to select "Marked as Inventoried".
