The National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities serves the nation as a central source of information on disabilities in children and youth; programs and services for infants, children, and youth with disabilities; IDEA (the nation's special education law); No Child Left Behind, (the nation's general education law); and research-based information on effective practices for children with disabilities. The Web site and services can be used by families, educators, administrators, journalists and students. Also offered are bilingual services and a team of research and information specialists who are available to address individual questions and concerns in English or in Spanish.
